Congratulations to our Grade 4 for First Place, winning with straight ones and led by Pipe Major Jason Marchand.
Drum Corps also took a First Place under the leadership of Drum Sergeant Ronald Kiah.

She holds each band’s fate in her hands.

For novices: in Grade 2 MSR competitions, each band selects a ball unseen, numbered 1 or 2. The band then has to play the corresponding March Strathspey Reel. Meaning they need have to each selection rehearsed to perfection; they never know which one they are playing until they are at the line.
